General Data Protection Regulation

Starting with the 25th of May, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, which is a regulation on data protection and privacy for all individuals, will be enforced. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to build up a trustworthy enviroment. 
 
PERSONAL DATA PROCCESSED
 
The personal  data preccessed is any information realting to you identification, such as 
Contact information, such as:  name, personal home address (in case you have given one), phone number or/and e-mail address;
Additional information proccesed throught  the Intermediation contract with TUDOR ESTATES SRL or information offered in order to fullfill the contractual obligations, such as: payments, information about the property or any other such commercial information.
 
SCOPE
 
We proccess your personal data only for legitime purposes, in order to fullfill our contractual obligations, such as: to provide real estate services and/or  assistance on the conclusionion of a sale/rent, to identity you in our data base or for marketin reasons in order to offer better services.
Therefore, any processing of your personal data will be conducted based on these legal premises:
To fulfill contractual obligations with a data subject;
To fullfill legal obligations by TUDOR ESTATES;
You have given you consent for personal data processing;
To protect the vital interests of a data subject or another person 
To protect the legitime interest of both TUDOR ESTATES or another person ( when the data processing is necesarry in order to fullufill a contract to which you are part of), with the exception of the cases in which your freedoms and interestes prevale over these interests;
In case of special categories of data, the processing will take place only if in addition the general legal terms, the following specific conditons will be met:
The injured party has given his/her consent;
We have a legal obligation to process these data;
The processing is necesarry in order to establish, exercise and defend a legal right.
 
THE RIGHT TO ACCESS / ERASURE
 
You have the right to access, change or request erasure of you personal data, any time you would like  by accessing the link protectiadatelor@tudorestates.ro. or at TUDOR ESTATES SRL Headquarters.
 
COMMUNICATION OF THE PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER SUBJECTS
 
In order to provide the most competitive services, to fullfill all contractual obligations, to fullfill all legal obligations,  we might communicate your  presonal data to a notarty office, other financial institutes or attorney office. We will always make sure to have appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data ( standard contractual clauses, the existence of compulsory internal rules (company)).
 
DURATION OF PROCESSING THE PRESONAL DATA
 
Your personal data are processed throughout our contractual relationship and, when completed, at least for the period required by the law applicable in the field, including, without limitation, the provisions on archiving.
 
CUSTOMER RIGHTS
 
In addition to your GDPR existing rights, you also have the following rights:
 
a) The right to be informed – you can ask to be informed about all the activities that require the preccesing of your presonal data.
b) The right to rectification – if you discover that you information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it be updated.
c) The right to erasure (also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’) – you can request you’re your data be erased in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary, the data was unlawfully processed or it no longer meets the lawful ground for which it was collected.
d) The right to restrict processing – you can request to limit the uses of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of your personal data.
e) The right to object – you can object to the processing of personal data that is collected on the grounds of legitimate interests.
f) The right to data portability – you are permitted to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes across different services.
g) The right to fill out a complaint form – you have the right to fill out a complaint form at the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
h) The right to withdraw consent – in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it anytime. The withdrawal of the consent will be effective only for future precessing preform prior to the withdrawal.
i)  Additional rights regarding decisions – you have to right to express your own point of view regarding your decision and appeal the decision.
